Today we expected to hear that my grandma had passed away, but we never did (I think her pacemaker was almost artificially keeping her alive). Tyler had to work again tonight, but only until 6:00, which is a good thing because today is Aubrey's twenty-second birthday. Once Tyler was off we headed over to Duncanville for pizza and goodies. After cards and gifts (I bought Aubrey one last Miche hip bag), we played Sequence, which Tyler had never played, but each couple won at least once. During the game, my mom asked my dad if he was planning on heading back down to Pleasant Grove to see my grandma. He said that her spirit had been on the way out for a long time and that he had said his goodbyes the night before.
